Edgewater Networks and Yealink Partner to Certify T4 Series IP Phones in Edgewater Networks QuickConnect Lab

Edgewater Networks, the leader in Network Edge Orchestration, today announced that it has certified its line of EdgeMarc Intelligent Edges with Yealink’s T4 Series Desktop IP Phones in its QuickConnect Interoperability Lab. Edgewater Networks certification testing included Yealink models SIP-T48G, SIP-T46G, SIP-T41P, and SIP-T40P and Edgewater Networks EdgeMarc Intelligent Edges in a Broadsoft environment. The results are documented in a standard configuration guide for easy deployment and integration.

Edgewater Networks’ Network Edge Orchestration platform includes the cloud-based EdgeView Service Control Centerand customer premises-based EdgeMarc Intelligent Edges. Network Edge Orchestration offers host of functionality and benefits including zero-touch provisioning and configuration, security, and active service management. Endpoints, such as the Yealink T4 series IP phones, are connected directly to the EdgeMarc intelligent edges, giving service providers the ability to remotely monitor, configure, and troubleshoot all endpoints through the EdgeView Service Control Center.

The Yealink T4 series IP phones cover users from receptionists to executives and from SMBs to large enterprises. The phones deliver enhanced sound quality with Yealink Optimal HD Voice technology (with TIA 920 certification). Advanced features that help users increase daily communication efficiency and productivity include three-way conferencing, support for gigabit networks (T46G/T48G), Bluetooth headset compatibility (T46G/T48G), and rich programmable DSS keys for customizations.
