The 3CX VoIP Phone System with Hotel Module is a modern, software based VoIP Hotel PBX that is easy to manage and very cost effective to buy. It includes special hotel features and allows you to replace your old and expensive analog PBX. Not only can you deploy state of the Art VoIP phones in your rooms, you can easily re-use your existing analog phones - there is no need to upgrade them to IP phones if you don't want to.
Hotels paying high monthly lease payments for their current PBX can drastically reduce their monthly operating cost by replacing it with 3CX. The cost of outright purchase of 3CX is so low that hotels can earn back the investment in just a few months.
The 3CX Hotel Module is an optional module for 3CX Phone System and turns it into a full featured Hotel PBX. The 3CX Hotel module is available with or without PMS (Property Management System) integration. The standard hotel module has a Web interface that allows Hotel staff to perform all hotel functions via an easy to use web interface, accessible from anywhere in the hotel network. The 3CX Hotel Module with PMS integration allows integration with many Hotel Software systems, via a number of interfaces.
This edition with the PMS integration will work with leading Hotel Software / Property Management Systems via several interfaces, including Legacy PBX emulation, the Fidelio FIAS protocol as well as support for Comtrol’s Lodging Link middle ware. Other interfaces are easily implemented and available on request. A subset of supported PMS systems includes Agilysys, Autoclerk, Cenium, Maestro for Northwind, Fidelity Hotel Management Systemm, Micros Opera, Brilliant Hotelsoftware, CMS Hospitality Guestcentrix, ResortSuite, Gracesoft, Hotec Expert Hotelier Suite, Hotel Concept, WebPMS, Atrium INN client server systems, HSS Hotel Software Systems, Innfinity software systems and InnRoad. EXAMPLE DEPLOYMENT In this example we show a deployment of 3CX with hotel module for a hotel with 96 rooms. The hotel wishes to upgrade its phone system, because it lacks modern features and is expensive to maintain. Each time a change needs to be done to the system, the PBX vendor charges a hefty price. Furthermore, integration with the Property Management System is limited. The hotel staff want to see guest name when they pick up the phone so that they can address the guest appropriately. Management also wants to cut the phone bill by leveraging low cost VoIP calls.
In this example, the original phone system was installed with analog phones. No ethernet wiring is available to the rooms. In addition, the hotel does not consider it essential that guests have IP Phones. Therefore in this example they have decided to re-use the existing analog phones with the use of FXS gateways.
