MDL Predictive Dialer for 3CX - Predictive Dialer Support - 1 Year Summary

This predictive dialer/call center solution consists of four software applications, the dialer/predictive dialer, the Agent Interface, the Call Center Manager Dashboard and the 3CX plug-in if you are using 3CX queues and 3CX agent interface functionality.

-The dialer is placed on its own Windows computer/server and includes its own SQL database, reporting, SIP/RTP (VoIP) call/registration functionality, import/export functionality, transfer functionality, ADI support and call list management. The dialer can call through your IP phone system, through a VoIP gateway or through your VoIP provider.

-The Agent Interface (AI) is placed on every agent’s workstation, and displays the information of the person being called, and allows the agent to update that person’s information, the ADI also has many other features that help with this process.

-The 3CX plug-in is used when the predictive dialer transfers calls to the 3CX call queue, and when the ADI needs to communicate directly with 3CX. You do not have to use this method in order for the ADI to work, you can simply use the ‘Direct’ method, that allows you to call through 3CX (or any other IP PBX, VoIP gateway or VoIP provider), and transfer calls directly to your VoIP phones.

CALL CENTER SOLUTION: Turns the 3CX IP PBX into a complete call center solution, that supports a multi campaign/multi call center team that is fully integrated with 3CX, as well as a flexible Agent Interface and a call center manager/supervisor Dashboard for managing/monitor the call center onsite or remotely.
AUTOMATED DIALER: Allows users to add a completely automated dialer to the 3CX IP PBX, that can play a custom message/s to clients, or when an answering machine is detected, can run automated phone surveys or telephone number verification.
SURVEY’S: With the 3CX IP PBX you can further enable your survey team, by using the combined Predictive Dialing feature set that can guarantee an agent is available for every verified (not fax, not voice mail or busy) call, and using the Agent Interface you can create your own custom surveys that your agents can simply click on while on the call. Once the survey is complete you can either print a report or export the survey results.
CRM-SQL DATABASE INTEGRATION: With the 3CX IP PBX and our Dialer/Predictive Dialer you can easily integrate your SQL database, using the set and forget SQL database connector, and the URL auto launcher on the Agent Interface for customer related CRM web interfaces.
