Users Raving over 3CX version 11

Less than a week after the release of 3CX Phone System Version 11, people all over the world are finding exciting ways of implementing the system. Below is an email testimonial from a satisfied 3CX end user.

I am the proud new owner and user of 3CX version 11.

I am currently using and testing 3CX at my house and also with an Amateur Radio Server that allows making SIP phones call through a digital UHF repeater (Motorola MTR3000) in the Amateur Radio World (a world premiere by the way). Later on, my intention is to present it to my Senior Management Team and implement it in all our offices .

I am SO impressed by the application: very easy to use, intuitive, user friendly, fun to use for a non-professional in that field. So my first feed-back to you and and your Development Team is Wow wow wow! Fantastic job!!

Now, my customer experience started very positively with a warm and great contact in the USA that allowed me to try the application for free and very kindly referred me to a 3CX reseller.

There is one thing I can assert for sure: I’ve never seen someone as quick, sharp, knowledgeable, strong technically (not just with 3CX but with routing, addressing, operating system, telecom, computer, etc) as the 3CX reseller I dealt with. But you know what, he was also great with a customer in the way he communicates, coaches, trains and helps. It is pretty rare that you have strong technical intelligence and emotional intelligence in the same person. He had it all. One of the best I’ve ever dealt with in my career without exaggeration.

So, all this to say that I enjoyed a lot setting up/programming 3CX and its components but I also enjoy USING it at my home and in my hobby, Amateur Radio.

To tell you the truth, what we are doing with 3CX right now is pretty crazy: we have a radio server application (SmartPTT) talk to 3CX that talks with a digital UHF radio repeater (Motorola MTR3000)! All this allows Amateur radio members to initiate and receive phone calls from their radios (Motorola MTRBO rigs) and its works perfectly. That was a set up quite complex to grasp but the 3CX reseller did it at lightning speed.

Next step will be to demonstrate worldwide the astonishing things that can be achieved with these SmartPTT, 3CX and MTR3000 in the Amateur Radio Community. I am sure that this also highly interesting in the commercial world…
