CyberData Launches NEW CyberCertified Program

CyberData is looking to identify, train and certify Value Added Resellers and Installers/ Integrators who will work closely with end-user customers to provide consultation and procure, and/or go onsite and install our paging equipment at a customer’s location(s). This program offers a huge value add for resellers/integrators to their end-users and will differentiate your business from competitors in the market.

2. We will send you leads for customers needing assistance in your coverage area
3. Advanced notice and training of new devices

Certified Installer or Certified Reseller

CyberData devices are TAA Compliant. The Trade Agreement Act (TAA) (19 U.S.C. & 2501-2581) was created in 1979 and is intended to foster the growth and maintenance of a fair and open trading system. TAA compliance requires that the U.S. Government (including GSA) acquires only U.S. – made or certain “designated country” end products.

Certified Installers – Technical Training

1. NDA/Agreement outlining Certification program
2. 4 one-hour training sessions focused on technical and configuration activities
3. Scheduled according to Reseller/Installer availability (goal of 1/weekly)
4. Last training session will include an introduction to the technical support team, with a discussion of how the teams can work together should a need arise in the field
5. Upon completion of certification, your company’s logo and link placement on CyberData website and promotion of new partnership
6. CyberData will provide leads based on geographical need
7. Access to Loaner/NFR demo units
8. Certification badge to promote on the website – LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW YOU’RE CERTIFIED!
9. Custom Sharefile folder accessible by staff for hi-res pictures, configuration guides, co-branding/marketing documentation, diagrams, PowerPoint presentations, news and sneak peeks at new devices

Certified Resellers – Sales/Solutions Training
1. NDA/Agreement outlining Certification program
2. 4 one-hour training sessions focused on products and product lines, where devices are best utilized, etc.
3. Scheduled according Reseller/Installer availability (goal of 1/weekly)
4. Last training session will cover marketing materials, Sharefile folder, contact and support info for staff
5. Upon completion of certification, your company’s logo and link placement on CyberData website and promotion of new partnership
6. CyberData will provide leads based on geographical need
7. Access to Loaner/NFR demo units
8. Certification badge to promote on website – LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW YOU’RE CERTIFIED!
